Meditation in the workplace is an excellent and simple way to relieve stress. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for all team members to recharge and revitalize as they prepare for the day ahead. In addition to reducing stress levels, meditation also improves overall mental wellbeing, strengthens focus, boosts memory function and enhances clarity of thought. The best part is, a meditation session can be completed as a group or individually. While Dr. Eli J. Hurowitz encourages group guided meditation sessions in order to equip your team members with the resources and necessary techniques, he also recommends encouraging self-guided meditation among the team on the day to day.
